Born in 1989 in Tbilisi, Georgia, Nino Eliashvili is a contemporary artist and illustrator whose practice moves between painting, drawing, and graphic design, with a strong emphasis on emotional expression and visual storytelling.

She studied at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in fashion design and a master’s degree in fine arts. Eliashvili lives and works in Tbilisi, where her studio serves as the central space for her artistic practice.

Working with acrylic, oil, and watercolor, she maintains a special affinity for watercolor, drawn to its softness and immediacy. The medium allows emotion to pass directly onto paper, shaping works that feel intimate and spontaneous while remaining carefully composed.

Her work often engages with spiritual states, suppressed emotions, and unconventional forms of beauty. Through color, gesture, and expressive line, Eliashvili creates images that invite reflection and encourage viewers to discover beauty in the unusual and the overlooked.

Alongside her studio practice, she has also worked as a graphic designer and realized projects in public spaces, extending her visual language beyond traditional exhibition formats. Eliashvili’s work has been exhibited internationally, including in Georgia, Germany, New York, and Abu Dhabi, and is held in numerous private collections worldwide.
